Our tenured leadership team brings a wealth of diversity, expertise, and experience and are committed to growing our level of care and operational excellence.

Mitchell Warren

Chairman, CEO, Owner

As Chairman, CEO, and Owner of J&M Family Management, Mitchell W. Warren provides overall vision, drive, and leadership while focusing on long-term strategy, leadership and business development, and diversification. Always one to prioritize building relationships with residents, their families, and team members first. His 20 years of real estate and healthcare sector experience has helped forge strong partnerships for the company.

Jessica Akaah

COO, CO-Owner

Co-Owner and COO, Jessica provides critical guidance and input on strategic direction and oversees all business operations, including healthcare, life engagement, and sales. Prior to J&M Family Management, Jessica was a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and worked at Thresholds, a non-profit providing healthcare and housing for the mentally ill, and chaired two Safe Haven programs. She is an active member of the Life Services Network of Illinois

Tracy Bazell

CFO

Tracy serves as Chief Financial Officer for J&M Family Management overseeing the Financial and Shared Services operations which include the Accounting, IT, Legal, and Human Resources departments. Over the last two decades, he has held key strategic roles, including Chief Information Officer for a national medical products company and as Director for a leading digital transformation consulting firm serving Global 2000 and enterprise customers.

Bobby Jeffrey

EVP of Hospitality

As EVP of Hospitality and Restaurant Operations, Bobby oversees all aspects of culinary, hospitality, and maintenance services. He’s instrumental to senior living management hospitality; developing menus to meet/exceed dietary and nutritional standards. As accomplished Chef, he is a perfect fit for overseeing the culinary needs. Bobby also heads up the operational maintenance teams.

Tamyra Miracle

VP of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Tamyra oversees community operations focusing on personnel and life engagement. She is responsible for the operational excellence and well-being of each community. Tamyra has worked with J&M for over 10 years in varying positions earning her stripes along the way. Her optimism and enthusiasm is a key driver in her team’s success.

Ciron Ngongang

Regional Director of Healthcare

As Regional Director of Healthcare, Ciron Ngongang is responsible for the development and management of community healthcare teams, providing clinical support, and guiding wellness policies. He also oversees our ward-winning life engagement programming called Inspired Connections, a biography-based activities and engagement component designed to complement our person-centered approach.

Jackie Katona

Business Development Executive

Jackie oversees efforts of internal sales data and trends for the company and is also focused on business development efforts with outside owners and investors. She identifies new opportunities for business development and expansion. She has worked in the Senior Living industry for over 13 years with experience in Regional and Divisional Sales Leadership roles.
